The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the manufacturer and the distributor has to be submitted along with the other required application documents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Labelling Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The existing label must now be accompanied with the QR code which can be found on every certificate. For products other than short range devices, a warning sign must also be affixed to the device.
