New Bluetooth EDR test services available at 7 layers
A growing number of Bluetooth products support EDR
functionalities, thus offering up to three times higher data rates
combined with lower power consumption. EDR testing is required for
products - supporting EDR functionalities - in order to list them on the
BQDL (Bluetooth Qualified Design List). They are also mandatory for
regulatory RF testing according to FCC and EN.
Bluetooth EDR tests were defined by the new Bluetooth RF Specification
2.0+EDR and could not be covered by older test systems up to now.
Following the growing demand for Bluetooth EDR testing, 7 layers has
expanded its Bluetooth test capabilities with the new InterLab EDR Test
Solution, which has been validated according to Bluetooth SIG
requirements. We can now offer you all Bluetooth qualification and
regulatory type approval testing necessary, in order to bring your
product to the global market.
Due to the 7 layers Rapid Response Network, all our laboratories support
you with these services. The Rapid Response Network enables you to
manage the progress of your test project conveniently via real-time web
access and gives you direct access to all our experience for the most
efficient time to market.
