LTE-USIM Test Solution

The InterLab^® LTE-USIM Test System is a one box test system that investigates the correct interworking between an LTE device and the USIM application as well as the interaction with the E-UTRA/ EPC network. It enables 24/7 test automation for LTE-USIM (pre-) conformance tests.

The LTE-USIM Test Solution

The LTE-USIM Test Solution is fitted out with an
integrated powerful and low cost Aspects SmartStation3 from Collis,
using the Rohde & Schwarz^® CMW500 wideband radio communications tester for network simulation.
Test cases are written in TTCN3, allowing for seamless adaption to customer-chosen protocol test systems.

Further LTE Developments are taken care of!

The Test Solution has been designed to meet upcoming certification requirements
from the Global Certification Forum GCF and the North American Type Approval Regime (PTCRB).
The test solution features all test sequences according to 3GPP TS 31.121 Rel-8, with further planned extensions covering 3GPP TS 31.124 Rel-8 for LTE-USIM Application Toolkit (USAT) testing.

Although it is especially geared to cover tests that require the joint operation of an USIM simulator and a protocol tester, users can also benefit from its ease of use for stand alone SIM interface tests or for the automated operation of a protocol tester.
